Exercising is a healthy activity,

Exercising can also increase productivity.

Go for a run or do some jumping jacks,

Get some cardio in before you relax.

Call up a friend and go for a hike,

Take a long walk or ride a bike.

Find a gym that makes you feel comfortable,

Working out can make you feel vulnerable.

Get outside when the weather is nice,

Always use caution if there’s snow or ice.
